Psychological Decommissioning Programme (PDP)

Our core service is a structured 6–8 week programme designed to support individuals transitioning from high-pressure environments into stable civilian life.

The programme provides a clear pathway through:

  Decompression

  Emotional regulation

  Reintegration

  Forward planning

This structured approach ensures participants move progressively from stabilisation through to long-term resilience and independence.

One-to-One Support

We offer structured one-to-one support sessions for individuals who require additional guidance alongside the programme.

These sessions focus on stabilisation, emotional regulation, and practical strategies to support everyday functioning and personal progress.

Support for Families & Close Networks

Transition and recovery often impact not just the individual, but those around them.

We provide guidance and support to families and close networks to help them better understand the challenges of transition and how to support positive outcomes.

Reintegration & Relationship Support

Our programmes support individuals in rebuilding confidence, improving communication, and re-engaging with everyday life.

This includes navigating relationships, social environments, and the challenges of adjusting to civilian life.

EMOTIONAL REGULATION & BEHAVIOURAL AWARENESS

We support individuals in understanding stress responses, behavioural patterns, and emotional triggers.

Through structured techniques, participants develop greater control, awareness, and stability in their day-to-day lives.

This forms a core component of our Psychological Decommissioning Programme (PDP).
